To Our Patients:

 In Dispensary Dish, Local News

Over the past weekend, our backend compliance and Point-of-Sales software provider, MJ Freeway, experienced a cyber attack with regards to their software. The company has reported on it website: “while there was corruption of data, no data was extracted. All patient and business data is still safely encrypted.”

Due to this interruption, Champlain Valley Dispensary, Inc.’s two dispensary have been working on a manual solution to ensure our patients will continue receive their medicine. Both of our dispensaries are currently serving patients and anticipate continuing to do so during this software interruption.

We ask that our patients have patience with us, at your appointment, as we will be tracking all of the relevant information manually to ensure complete compliance with the State of Vermont’s regulation regarding the dispensing of medical marijuana to our patients.

This software interruption may cause a distribution change to disruption in availability of specific products so we ask all patients to please work with us regarding products available for sale.

Once this issue is resolved we will notify all of our patients.

Sincerely,

CVD
