Cancellation/Inclement Weather Policy
We understand things come up! We no longer charge a cancellation fee but if you can’t make your appointment, please give us a call so we can make the time available for another patient.
It is our mission to ensure that our patients have access to their medicine. We do our best to remain open in the event of inclement weather so that we can honor scheduled appointments. Please check our homepage, Facebook, or call us for up-to-date information on delays or closings, which generally follow school closings in Chittenden, Addison and Windham Counties due to inclement weather. Our main office hours may vary so if you have any questions regarding your appointment, please call or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
