MYMM Intensive: Cooking with Cannabis

In our first class on Cooking with Cannabis, we will focus on the basics: acidic vs. neutral cannabinoids and the process of decarboxylation. From there we will demonstrate the infusion of cannabinoids into fats that can be used as ingredients in your favorite recipes. We will highlight the differences between using raw plant material, such as flower/trim, hash or kief compared to activated oils such as our Craft Reserve distillate or WPCO. Calculation of the dose will also be discussed.
