Become a member of our Dispensary Sales Team!

Your day will be spent meeting and greeting our valued customers, listening to their needs, and educating them on our array of products and services.  You will develop a rapport with them because they come back to us on a regular basis.  Between customers you will ensure the sales floor is in tip-top shape — clean, stocked and well organized.  You will assist with inventory, and because our products and services change regularly, you will continually learn about new and exciting ways to care for our customers.  From time to time you will be asked to assist in the waiting room area, answer the phone, respond to emails, and schedule customer appointments.

The successful candidate will have a compassionate manner, possess strong listening skills in order to evaluate customer needs, and strong verbal and written communication skills.  Reliability is key — to ensure the entire team is ready to serve our customers.  Accuracy is a must — to ensure all transactions are conducted according to our specific procedures.  Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information is required.  Our workdays provide an opportunity to change gears often, so flexibility is important, too.

Work schedule will vary to meet business needs and may include weekend hours – schedules are published in advance so you can plan ahead.  We rotate weekend hours so that all employees share the responsibility of full coverage.

On-the-job training is provided, and there are opportunities to advance within the organization.

Join our great team and learn and grow with us.

Minimum qualifications:  High School Diploma or equivalent, plus 6 months of relevant work experience in customer service.

We believe in a happy and well-balanced work life so an applicant with a positive attitude and who is willing to contribute to a team environment is essential.
